Alisa Esala is the CFO and vice president of operations for O&A, P.C., and its affiliates, Blue Heron Ventures, Inc., and StartupProgram.com, Inc. 

Alisa has worked with Dan Offner since 2001, first at Offner & Anderson, P.C., then Nixon Peabody, and Loeb & Loeb. While at Offner & Anderson, Alisa completed her Certificate in General Business with an Emphasis in Accounting at UCLA.  Alisa left Loeb & Loeb with Dan Offner to start Flying Kame, Inc., a business and corporate development consulting firm.  She then worked with Dan to operate and manage the General Counsel’s office for Oculus VR in 2013 and 2014.  After that she helped set up and found O&A, P.C. with Dan and manage the angel investment activities of Blue Heron Ventures. 

In her role at O&A, Blue Heron and StartupProgram she is responsible for all accounting, finance, and human resources areas for all three businesses.
