Claudia is a corporate and commercial attorney who joins the O&A team with a background in transactional corporate, intellectual property, and entertainment law.

Prior to working at O&A, Claudia worked at an independent film production and distribution studio, where she learned to negotiate talent agreements for above the line and below the line personnel.

As an Associate at O&A, Claudia’s responsibilities include performing corporate audits, work with StartupProgram.com clients, general commercial work, venture financing and cap table management, among other practice areas.

Claudia received her J.D. from Loyola Marymount Law School in 2019 where she had the unique experience of working for the startup law firm, Counsel for Creators as well as the IP Attache in Lima, Peru.
