Joyce Luong is a paralegal at O&A, P.C. Joyce assists with the firm’s StartupProgram.com, corporate filings and maintenance, overseeing management of the firm’s corporate dockets and contracts administration. Her responsibilities also include providing paralegal and administrative support to all of the firm’s attorneys. Joyce has also provided assistance to Oculus and Facebook Reality Labs on a secondment assignment as a paralegal and contracts administrator.

Joyce graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Sociology. Following her undergraduate education, Joyce enrolled in the Paralegal Studies Certificate Program at Cal State LA where she graduated with distinction. Prior to joining O&A, Joyce worked as an IP paralegal where she managed trademark, patent, and copyright filings.
