Liam has been involved in every stage of the corporate and fund lifecycle as an operator, lawyer, and board advisor on product and strategy. His practice focuses on helping growth companies and their investors in tech and media sharpen their vision, make meaningful connections and structure transactions that unlock value. He began his career as a naval officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program.
