Minassian

Liana is a corporate and commercial attorney at O&A, P.C. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, corporate governance, entity formation, and licensing and commercial agreements. Liana also assists startups through the firm’s affiliate, StartupProgram.com.

Liana received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Liana completed the corporate concentration, competed as a finalist in the Transactional Negotiation Team competition, and was a member of the Business Law Fellows Program. She also served as a Technical Editor of, and is a published author in, the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and held leadership roles with the Armenian Law Students’ Association and St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.

Prior to law school, Liana attended California Lutheran University, where she was a member of the university’s basketball team and graduated with university honors and departmental distinctions in History and Business Administration. During her undergraduate studies, Liana was awarded outstanding history major and outstanding history paper, and was published in the university’s undergraduate history honors journal.

When Liana is not in the office, you can find her hiking with her dog, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and generally enjoying the outdoors.
