Mayra Ramsey is a corporate paralegal at O&A, P.C. Mayra assists with a variety of tasks including the firm’s StartupProgram, corporate filings and maintenance, and management of the firm’s corporate dockets and deadlines. Mayra also provides paralegal and administrative support to all of the firm’s attorneys by reviewing, editing, and routing legal documents for client signature, and submitting 83(b) tax filings.
Mayra received her AA in political science from Antelope Valley Community College and transferred to University of Southern California where she received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Prior to joining O&A, Mayra worked as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her husband and three dogs, traveling and spending time with her family.
