Shar is a corporate and commercial associate attorney at O&A, P.C. His practice includes venture financings, matters related to cryptocurrency, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, and licensing and commercial agreements. Shar also assists startups through the firm’s affiliate, StartupProgram.com.

Shar received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he completed the corporate concentration, competed in the Transactional Negotiation Team competition, and served as a Research Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.

Prior to law school, Shar attended The University of Puget Sound, where he was a member of the university’s basketball team and graduated with departmental distinctions in Economics and Business.
When Shar is not in the office, you can find him playing basketball, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
