Simone Ritchie’s responsibilities as one of O&A’s corporate paralegals include providing support to all the firm’s attorneys; completing administrative duties; corporate filings; overseeing digital filing, 83(b) tax filings, blue sky filings, and state notices; and project tracking for financing rounds.

Simone graduated cum laude from the University of Los Angeles, California with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus in International Relations. Throughout her time as an undergraduate, Simone wrote as an opinion columnist for the Daily Bruin and worked as a research assistant on sexual violence prevention. Prior to joining O&A, P.C. Simone last worked as a paralegal at a commercial and business litigation firm.

In her spare time, Simone enjoys hitting personal bests while weightlifting and taking photos of her cats. Any extra time is spent dreaming of new places to travel to or spending time with her family.
