Stephen Bush, a seasoned startup business and corporate attorney, has joined O&A, P.C. as a senior associate focusing on corporate law, commercial transactions, and venture capital financing. Based in Atlanta, Bush will be the driver behind O&A’s growing startup client base in the Southeast, while also serving O&A’s roster of national and international clients.
As senior corporate and venture counsel at O&A, Bush provides legal counsel on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business and corporate representation, entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as technology-focused transactions and general corporate counsel services.
Throughout his career, Bush has represented a mix of small businesses, emerging growth companies, and middle-market businesses with an international presence. Bush’s passion has been working with entrepreneurs who have unique ideas and perspectives, and helping those founders bring their ideas to life.
