Stephen Bush is a business attorney, focusing on corporate law, commercial transactions, and venture capital financing. As senior corporate and venture counsel at O&A, Stephen provides legal counsel to his clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business and corporate representation, entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as technology-focused transactions and general corporate counsel.

Prior to joining O&A, Stephen practiced at a corporate firm in his hometown of Atlanta, GA working with middle-market businesses and upstart entrepreneurs in a wide variety of business matters, and before that ran his own practice representing all varieties of individuals, entertainers, and businesses throughout the southeast.
