Vivian is a corporate and commercial associate at O&A, P.C., who works on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and licensing and commercial agreements for the firm’s clients. Vivian also works with the firm’s startup clients on their formation and initial financing work – the next generation of entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies, who come through StartupProgram.com, an affiliate of O&A, P.C.

Before joining O&A, Vivian focused her career on pursuing and maximizing claims in complex antitrust settlements on behalf of a broad range of national and international clients, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical spaces. Prior to that, Vivian began her legal career as an attorney in regulatory policy at Southern California Edison Company.

Vivian received her J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2016 along with the Business Law Certificate and Entertainment, Media, and Technology Law Certificate. While in law school, she was the executive senior editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.

In 2011, Vivian graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Studio Art from Santa Clara University, where she was a Leavey Scholar and member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
