Calling O&A “highly focused,” the Daily Journal<\/em>‘s profile noted the firm fills a gap for early-stage entrepreneurs, one between large, expensive law firms and cheap do-it-yourself online legal services.<\/p>\n Dan “Offner\u2019s goal was to create a law firm that would fill that gap,” Journal<\/em> staff writer Melanie Brisbon wrote.\u00a0“He hung out his own shingle and created O&A, short for Offner & Associates, a boutique law firm that focuses exclusively on corporate and commercial transactions.”<\/p>\n The article highlighted several of O&A’s more notable transactions, including brokering a deal to bring “Blade Runner 2049” to Facebook Oculus’s virtual reality platform, advising Spaces Inc. raise $6.5 million seed financing, and helping to close Ubisoft SA’s acquisition of Growtopia.<\/p>\n
