Based in Atlanta, Bush will be the driver behind O&amp;A\u2019s growing startup client base in the Southeast, while also serving O&amp;A\u2019s roster of national and international clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>As senior corporate and venture counsel at O&amp;A, Bush provides legal counsel on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business and corporate representation, entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as technology-focused transactions and general corporate counsel services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout his career, Bush has represented a mix of small businesses, emerging growth companies, and middle-market businesses with an international presence. Bush\u2019s passion has been working with entrepreneurs who have unique ideas and perspectives, and helping those founders bring their ideas to life.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe way I see it, the law can either hamper a business&#8217; growth, or serve as a springboard from which fresh ideas can bloom more vibrantly, further helping our society grow into a brighter and more diverse future,&#8221; Bush said. &#8220;Without a strong legal foundation, it is far too easy for businesses founded on new ideas and inspirations to fall victim to easily preventable legal pitfalls later on.
