Andrew Yang brings a computing background to his role as a corporate and commercial attorney. Andrew regularly addresses the business and legal needs of emerging and venture backed companies, including transactional and contract matters related to the core business and operation of clients. In addition to preparing, negotiating, and advising on a variety of business transactions, Andrew is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and enjoys navigating through the cutting edge of technology and innovation to provide counsel in areas such as privacy and data security compliance and artificial intelligence.

Andrew began assisting O&A during law school, where he made First Honors in his Cybersecurity and Regulatory Compliance course and was a quarterfinalist in the Transactional Negotiation Team competition. Prior to a career in law, Andrew pursued software and artificial intelligence, including spending a summer at Taiwan’s pre-eminent research university, Academia Sinica Institute of Information Science, working on natural language processing models.
