O&A represents Corazon Capital, a $40 million seed and early stage fund based in Chicago. Additional detail on the fund can be found via the Chicago Tribune and the Wall Street Journal. O&A recently completed a $5M financing for Corazon Capital with a San Francisco based 3D printing startup.

O&A represented  TS2 Holdings LLC, a strategic business development and recruiting firm, in the acquisition of Neohire South, Hero.jobs, and RockIT Recruiting, making TS2 a major tech recruiting powerhouse.

The firm represented Ubisoft in several deals, including its acquisitions of Growtopia and Blue Mammoth Games. Growtopia is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online game supported by a highly-engaged community of more than 20 million registered users. Blue Mammoth is the creator of Brawlhalla, an online fighting game with more than 5 million players.

O&A represented Onna Technologies, Inc., in closing a $5 million Series Seed round led by Nauta Capital. Onna, a knowledge integration platform, has built software for legal departments to quickly access contracts, correspondence, and files through one central platform, enabled by a smart search function using neural networks.
O&A helped virtual-reality and mixed-reality firm Spaces raise $6.5 million in series seed funding along with a commercial agreement with the lead investor Songcheng Performance to build VR theme parks in China. The deal, which closed in January 2017 and was reported by the Hollywood Reporter, brings the total funding for Spaces to $9 million.

O&A has represented Vidmob on multiple rounds of financing. Based in New York, Vidmob is a marketplace to hire professional video editors. It also operates a platform clients can use to publish videos and gather performance analytics. 


O&A represents Oculus VR on a number of commercial matters, including open source agreements, Oculus’ non-disclosure agreements and trade-secret program, retail and marketing agreements for virtual reality hardware and software, and general commercial agreements. 

Our commercial work on behalf of French global entertainment company Ubisoft spans several decades, with O&A representing Ubisoft on a number of general commercial agreements.

O&A has negotiated location-based entertainment agreements as well as virtual reality hardware and software agreements on behalf of Spaces,  a Los Angeles-based virtual- and mixed-reality firm.

O&A has represented Alcon Entertainment and Alcon Interactive on its interactive entertainment agreements for mobile, PC, console, and virtual reality games and experiences based on the movie Blade Runner 2049.  In particular, O&A has done deals for Alcon with Oculus and Google for Rift, Gear and Daydream VR experiences and games. Other partnerships for Alcon include Next Games for a mobile free to play game.
