Andrew’s responsibilities include assisting the attorneys with their corporate, commercial, venture financing, and M&A work, as well as collaborating closely with the paralegals. Andrew also contributes to the firm’s StartupProgram.com to ensure clients are well-informed as they pursue venture financing.
