“Highly Focused” O&A Featured in the Daily Journal

Calling O&A “highly focused,” the Daily Journal‘s profile noted the firm fills a gap for early-stage entrepreneurs, one between large, expensive law firms and cheap do-it-yourself online legal services.

Dan “Offner’s goal was to create a law firm that would fill that gap,” Journal staff writer Melanie Brisbon wrote. “He hung out his own shingle and created O&A, short for Offner & Associates, a boutique law firm that focuses exclusively on corporate and commercial transactions.”

The article highlighted several of O&A’s more notable transactions, including brokering a deal to bring “Blade Runner 2049” to Facebook Oculus’s virtual reality platform, advising Spaces Inc. raise $6.5 million seed financing, and helping to close Ubisoft SA’s acquisition of Growtopia.
