Kara Asuncion

Kara is a corporate paralegal at O&A, P.C. She assists with the firm’s StartupProgram.com in addition to providing paralegal and administrative support to all of the firm’s attorneys by reviewing, editing, and routing legal documents for client signature. Kara also assists with a wide range of tasks from series financing closing procedures, signature packets, closing binders, and corporate maintenance to management of firm’s corporate dockets and deadlines. 

Kara graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs. Before working at O&A, she worked as a teaching assistant at an elementary school located within LAUSD. In her free time, Kara enjoys crocheting, going to concerts, and searching for the best pastries in LA.
