O&A is pleased to announce the addition of Brenda Natarajan as Counsel to its expanding venture and corporate practice for technology and content. Brenda is an experienced corporate attorney and Certified Public Accountant, specializing in entity formation and governance, corporate reorganization, corporate and commercial transactions, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and venture financings.
On the addition of Brenda to O&A’s expanding roster of attorneys, Founder and Managing Partner Dan Offner noted: “We are thrilled to add Brenda to the team. She brings great legal experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as venture financing and is a CPA as well, who understands balance sheets, income statements and cap tables.”
Brenda graduated summa cum laude from Pace University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She received her CPA license in 2003 and her JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2005.
Brenda worked as an associate with Merrill Lynch and PricewaterhouseCoopers before beginning her legal career at Robinson Brog, et al. At this New York City firm, she gained experience with mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, drafting and negotiating technology and entertainment contracts, and advising clients as outside general counsel. A member of the California and New York bars, Brenda most recently worked as a corporate lawyer at TroyGould where she specialized in venture financings, trademark and copyright protection, and outside general counsel duties.
Brenda now brings this extensive legal and accounting experience to assist and guide O&A clients through each stage of their company’s life cycle – from formation to exit.
