Jenna Blackmon, previously of Keesal Young & Logan, was a litigator working on a range of securities and employment matters. “We believe that Jenna’s litigation background will help us tremendously as she develops into a corporate lawyer at O&A,” said Dan Offner, founder and managing attorney of O&A.
Separately, Sara Wolf, a paralegal at O&A, has passed the California Bar, and is joining the firm as a corporate associate. Sara brings a wealth of business experience having grown up in and worked for one of the largest residential real estate development companies in Florida.
Both associates have had an immediate impact with Jenna working under lead O&A attorney Jim Kidston on Spaces, Inc.’s $3 million seed financing.
Sara has been managing the firm’s e-Shares relationship for the firm’s start-up and growth clients. As an attorney she will continue to assist lead O&A attorney, Michael Borenstein, on the firm’s work for Oculus VR, LLC. on its trade secret and contractual matters.
“We are lucky to have these two talented women join our practice, bringing O&A to five full-time lawyers, plus one Of Counsel at our firm, focusing on corporate technology and content work here in Los Angeles.” Offner said.
